Getting Started in Zendesk

You don’t have access to this step

Please register or sign in to access the guide content.

How to log in

Zendesk is accessed using shared login credentials. These credentials are provided in the onboarding email you receive after completing buddy training and confirming that you are ready to begin taking cases. (confirm with Ailey).

*Please note:  we change the password on a monthly basis so please look out for an email from the VR team with a secure link to the new password each month.

When logging in for the first time or from a new computer or IP address, you may be prompted to enter a 2-factor authentication code.  This code can be accessed in the #zendesk_code Slack channel that you will have access to upon completing technical onboarding with the Voter ID Assistance Coordinator.

⚠️IMPORTANT:  Never share login credentials or access Zendesk from a shared/public computer.
