Valerie ElGhaouti

Arizona Organizer

Valerie serves as VoteRiders’ Arizona Organizer. She previously worked as the Pima County Field Coordinator for One Arizona and as a community outreach officer for the Pima Council on Aging in Tucson. Since 2019, she has been involved in various capacities with voter registration drives and get-out-the-vote efforts in Arizona, Nevada, Washington, and elsewhere with Fieldworks. Valerie has also been a visitation and support volunteer for incarcerated individuals. Valerie completed her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in political science at Georgia State University, where she focused on voting behavior. She likes to spend her time walking and hiking with her dogs, painting, and reading.
