Kiayna O’Neal

Communications and Digital Director


Kiayna O’Neal is VoteRiders’ Communications and Digital Director, and is passionate about using storytelling and digital tactics to effectively communicate and engage with voters. She has experience in digital communications, organizing, and strategy for brands, nonprofits, campaigns, startups, athletic communications, and other initiatives. Kiayna has worked on the digital and communications teams for numerous political campaigns including Beto for Texas, Jon Ossoff for U.S. Senate, Biden for President, and as an organizer for the Florida Democratic Party. Earlier in her career, she worked at the Center for American Progress on the youth advocacy policy team, Generation Progress, Color Of Change, and as a correspondent for a local Florida paper. Kiayna has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Carson-Newman University and a Master’s degree in Global Strategic Communication from Florida Tech. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, volunteering, reading, playing/coaching volleyball, and watching reality TV.
