Jotaka L. Eaddy is a seasoned strategist with more than 20 years of experience in policy, advocacy and movement building. She is the founder and CEO of Full Circle Strategies, LLC – a social impact consulting firm committed to advancing transformative change and global impact. Jotaka is also the Co-Host of the award-winning OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network Television series – “Speak Sis!”. Within her current practice, Jotaka works with clients including corporate, non-profit, foundations, technology and government organizations seeking to advance policy, ideas and change. In 2020 she founded #WinWithBlackWomen, an intergenerational, intersectional collective of Black women leaders representing business, sports, movement, politics, entertainment and beyond. The network, which has garnered more than 800 million organic impressions on social media, is committed to supporting the agenda and efforts led by and in support of Black women.
