James S. Peterson

Jim Peterson is a retired television executive. He held a variety of positions at NBC from 1978-1992. In 1993, Jim joined David Letterman’s company, Worldwide Pants Incorporated. As Chief Operating Officer, he was instrumental in building WPI into a successful independent production company. Jim is an active supporter of the charter school movement in New York City. He serves on the Leadership Council of the Success Academy Charter School network. Jim and his wife, Patti, live in New York City, East Hampton, New York and Vero Beach, Florida.
