Ira Ziering, JD

Ira Ziering, JD served as Senior Vice President, Business and Legal for Diagnostic Products Corp. from 2002 until 2008. He remained in this position through the company’s acquisition by Seimens in 2006 until his retirement in 2008. Ira joined joined Diagnostic Products Corp. in 1996 as Manager of International Business and served as President of Diagnostic Products Corp.’s subsidiary, DPC France, from 1997 to 1999, when he was elected Vice President, International. Prior to his joining Diagnostic Products, Ira practiced as a civil litigation attorney in Los Angeles, CA. He serves on the Boards of Directors of the NRDC Action Fund and the Cape Cod Modern House Trust as well as served as the Chairman of the Board of Tree People from 2012-2017. Ira is a graduate of UCSB, Boston University Law School and Harvard Divinity School. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife Godeleine and two teenage sons.
