Brian Albert has a broad-based background in real estate development, law, finance, and corporate strategy and has counseled many of Wall Street’s most sophisticated real estate and hedge fund investors. He has planned and built numerous award-winning real estate projects as co-founder of Civic Enterprise Development (CED) and co-founder and Chief Managing Officer of Amped Kitchens. CED’s urban infill developments foster the natural vitality of existing communities. Amped Kitchens pioneered innovation in food production facility solutions and has helped hundreds of food makers from start-ups to major food-focused non-profits and well-known national brands scale their business in Los Angeles and Chicago. Brian currently serves as Board Chair for Proyecto Pastoral, a community-based organization located in Boyle Heights and an Advisory Board member for the Los Angeles Development Fund. He received a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an A.B. from the University of California, Berkeley in Urban Anthropology.
