Alyssa is an inclusive, collaborative, and results-driven HR leader. Before joining VoteRiders, Alyssa was the Director of Human Resources and DEIB at the Rhode Island Coalition to End Homelessness. She previously served as the Director of Human Resources & Operations at Trinity Rep.

She is well-versed in HR best practices and has a deep understanding of DEI initiatives. Passionate about building thriving organizational cultures, she continuously seeks to enhance workplace experiences by fostering environments where people feel empowered, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
Alyssa has a BS in Business Management from New York University. She received a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate from Rutgers University and is a Certified Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter.
