You can use your student ID to vote in Delaware if it has your photo or signature on it.
If you are a registered Delaware voter but do not present an acceptable ID at your polling place, you may sign an affidavit and vote a regular ballot.
A copy of your ID is not required when you vote by mail in Delaware
